Technical Project Manager

- Working with key stakeholders in engineering, IT, security, finance, QA, operations, and legal teams to deliver against strategy and requirements for Company’s growing internal teams. - Creating and tracking end-to-end project plans in conjunction with the lead engineer. - Tracking tasks and milestones across all parties - Regular technical team meetings to help address any questions or challenges regarding upcoming/current/potential projects - Analyzing, planning and developing scheduled projects - Working closely with business owners to collect business objectives and requirements to clearly define, document clearly, and scope projects and initiatives - Researching and evaluating software technology options for each project - Managing backlog for multiple technology teams and set priorities

- Understanding of the Project Management processes, strategies and methods, along with organization, leadership and communication skills - 3+ years of managerial or engineering experience when it comes to both analytical thinking and problem-solving - Proficiency with at least one web development language, such as Python or Java - Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles - Sense of personal accountability when it comes to both decision-making and supervising teams
