- Communicate with various groups of stakeholders, including top-management - Evaluate business processes and uncover areas for improvement - Analyze the existing application - Elicit and document requirements for the application

- Proven experience in business analysis - Knowledge of business analysis and requirements management theory - Skills in analyzing, documenting, and managing requirements in a clear and structured way - Experience in business processes modelling, knowledge of notations and methodologies - Skills in UI prototyping/wireframes creation - Experience in building effective communications with multiple stakeholders - Ability to handle conflicting and changing requirements - Scrupulousness and attention to detail - Self-management and ability to work without permanent supervision
