- Following up the overall ongoing state and international procurement processes/tenders of corresponding fields related to “Locator” CJSC - Implement all the procurement/tendering procedures (goods, works, services) including preparation of the tendering documents - Make/prepare contracts following up the implementation process and deadlines as well as coordinate the delivery of contracts, the return of their copies, make agreements and acts of acceptances until contract closure procedures - Be able to work within a short time frame and meet the deadlines - Perform other tasks delegated by the Line Manager - Manage all information with absolute confidentiality - Carry out any other job-related duties as required
Required Qualifications
- Higher education, preferably in Economics or Finances - Experience in state procurement processes will be considered as an advantage - Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian - Good knowledge of MS Office Knowledge of computer literacy - Ability to manage tasks in a timely and accurate manner - Sense of responsibility - Good negotiation and conflict management skills - Ability to work in a team
