- Process all kind of telephone calls, incoming/outgoing mails, deal with internal and external queries - Draft documents and business letters as required; produce reports and information memoranda - Provide written and oral translation from/into Armenian, English & Russian as required - Support internal accounting - Provide logistical support to staff; set up meetings - Assist team members in all administrative matters as required - Ensure professional appearance, high-level business behavior and conduct, including demonstrating high-level communication skills
Required Qualifications
- Higher education - Fluency in English and Russian, both verbal and written. - Computer literacy - Ability to work as part of a team - Good communication and analytical skills - Ability to think logically - Ability to challenge accepted ways of doing things - Goal-orientation and eagerness to learn new skills for the best results
