- Assist the management in overall administration - Prepare yearly confidential Nomenclature of files - Answer all incoming inquiries referred to the General Director/Company within 5 working days (Help Desk/ITSM) - Initiate instructions of the General Manager of the Company - Conduct instructions based on internal documents, including business notes with resolutions of the General Manager - Ensure Company’s incoming correspondence processing, documentation, archiving
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field - 1 year of work experience in relevant sphere - Knowledge of administrative and clerical work principles - Good knowledge of data processing - Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages - Computer skills (MS Office) - Effective organizational, interpersonal and time management skills - Effective communication skills - Ability to work under pressure - Customer focus - Teamwork and cooperation
