Responsibilities
- Organize Bank Chief Executive Officer's meetings - Compilation and management of the Chief Executive Officer's schedule - Handling incoming and outgoing calls of the Chief Executive Officer, coordination of mail and other types of communication - Ensuring document circulation of bank's incoming and outgoing notes - Translation of necessary documents
Required Qualifications
- Higher Education - Excellent Armenian, good command of English and Russian languages - Computer skills excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Business qualities and personal characteristics: - Excellent organizational skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - A high sense of responsibility - Effective time management, ability to meet deadlines - Flexibility to changes and ability to manage non-standard situations - Excellent interpersonal and team skills - Ability to maintain privacy
