Content Manager

The Business Rover

- Break the existing content load between all the content writers and ensure that all the monthly deliverables are met on time - Onboard new clients and new writers - Constantly have feedback sessions with team content writers and participate in client meetings - Professionally edit and review well-researched and well-structured content for online publications, including but not limited to blog articles, landing pages, posts for social media, etc. - Prepare keywords and topics for the content writers, and ensure client approval - Make briefs and assign those to the content writers, and follow the delivery - Seo familiarity, WordPress familiarity publishing - Keep constant communication with clients and content writers - Follow the key performance indicators (KPIs) synchronized with the goals of the business and give monthly reports to the clients

- Proven record of excellent writing demonstrated in a portfolio - Ability to dive into a completely unfamiliar topic, reap the necessary parts and produce a unique text excluding plagiarism - Excellent knowledge of the English language and familiarity with idioms, current trends, and expressions in native slang - Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients and colleagues - Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously - Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with online grammar checkers - Knowledge of any other relevant programs/tools will be viewed as an advantage
