- In charge of manual duties of software testing process - Participate in all the steps of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from design to integration - Plan, schedule and perform manual, exploratory, and regression/performance testing - Develop regression test suites using testing tools - Document system bugs and defects, using bug management system (JIRA) - Follow the established procedures and standards for ticketing - Classify tickets and delegate to appropriate levels (JIRA) - Analyze and investigate defects of existing projects - Get informed of system information’s changes and updates - Customizing user documentation - Verify implemented features

- 2 years of experience in QA manual testing - Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes - Experience in API testing - Experience in mobile testing - Basic knowledge of databases, preferably PostgreSQL and MongoDB - Familiarity with the SDLC, preferably in an Agile environment - Analytical mindset and problem-solving aptitude - Good written and verbal knowledge of English - BS/MA degree in a highly quantitative field (Computer Science, Math, Physics or another similar background)
