- Performs graphic design of booklets, flyers, leaflets, notecards, invitations, business cards etc - Design, maintain, develop and update AUA websites - Develop and maintain different websites of Research Centers and Projects - Participates in the design and development of the Intranet - Participates in integration of Intranet with different existing AUA services - Maintains AUA websites, databases, and web servers - Works on design, development, and improvement of the AUA website and various web services - Design and develop Intranet applications by setting expectations and features priorities throughout the development life cycle; determining design methodologies and toolsets - Integration of Intranet with different existing applications - Design, development, and improvement of different websites of Research Centers and Projects Assist in conducting staff trainings in cooperation with the HR Office Performs other related duties as assigned by the supervisor

Strong knowledge of web development languages and tools such as HTML, CMS, PHP, JavaScript, WordPress, Joomla, Drupal Experience using web analytic tools and conducting analysis, reporting and using insights to guide work Ability to independently identify, clarify and creatively resolve complex problems Commitment to user experience and user-centered design Highly skilled at prioritizing and managing requests from multiple professionals and assertive in getting support when needed Ability to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent collaborative team player. Ability to think strategically and to implement short and long-term vision and goals General knowledge of AUA systems and applications Excellent communication skills
