Responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, we need you to: Manage the full Recruitment cycle: - Coordinate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs - Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements - Post the announcement at the job boards, social media - Active sourcing of potential candidates through any channels in labor market - Screening received CVs and send it to the HM - Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews - Send tasks to the selected candidates and follow that they will be done in time - Set up final interview with the selected candidate and send rejection emails to candidates - Manage the onboarding of selected candidate and background checking procedure - Open tickets in Jira - Proactive Talent Mapping for the positions and early talent level; Partnerships and relationships built with potential talent/ pools - Build Talent Acquisition and Identification organizational capability: Assessment programs, Interviewing skills for Line Managers - Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies - Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates - Manage candidate information, including resumes and contact details - Ability of assessment of existing and potential employees’ skills and capabilities - Search the best sources (internet, universities, agencies) for choosing employees - Prepare announcements for vacant positions - Participate in career days and present the Company under confirmed standards (Employer branding). Prepare informational booklets and other materials - Accept and work out external applications and create database - Conduct interviews for candidates under managerial level, present job description, working conditions, as well as Company’s advantages - Evaluate candidate characteristics related to work experience, education, skills and knowledge, physical and personal qualities and inform appropriate department’s manager about the candidate’s further discussion - Conduct exit interviews to evaluate working relationships success and development opportunities - Fluent knowledge of Recruitment and Hiring processes and procedures. - Other tasks assigned by Manager
Required Qualifications
We need you to have: - Bachelor's degree in Social Science, Human Recourses, Psychology, Business Administration or related - Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role - Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search - Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods - Experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, etc.) - Manage onboarding and new hire process - Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills - Advanced knowledge of English - Proactive sourcing skills - Advance user of all sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Dribbble or Behance, Github etc.)
