- Answer all incoming customer calls and emails in professional and efficient manner - Offer a variety of product related to solution to client - Create and maintain records in Database - Receive and process inquires - Prepare invoices and shipping documents by customer request - Provide support to the Sales Director
Required Qualifications
- College degree is must, preferable in Business Administration or Economics - Russian and English Advanced Level is must - 2 year Sales or some level of customer service experience is must - Working knowledge to Microsoft Office - Excellent communication skills
