- Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat - Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features - Building strong and effective relationships with customers through ongoing communication - Provide translations when needed - Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints - Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary - Performing other related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- University degree - Strong command of written and spoken Turkish - Good knowledge of English is a plus - Experience working with customer support is a plus - Great organization, planning, and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail - Full Computer literacy - Ability to work in flexible and mixed shifts
