- As a sales professional in outsourcing/outstaffing you accompany the entire sales cycle - from the initial contact to the documentation of the sales process to the successful closing and maintaining the relationships - Develop competitive offers and concepts for companies of all sizes and industries - With the help of your sales enthusiasm, you discover new sales potential in the area of IT offshoring - Take part in partner and customer events and contribute to the development and expansion of our business relationships
Required Qualifications
- You have 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in B2B sales, preferably in the sale IT solutions/Outsourcing and outstaffing - You have proven experience in closing deals - You have practical knowledge of IT - You are familiar with the use of LinkedIn as a sales and networking tool - You convince with your distinctive customer orientation and are closing-oriented - You are outgoing and a team player - You work in a structured, solution-oriented and responsible manner - A high level of commitment, resilience and mobility round off your profile - You have excellent communication skills in English/ both written and oral - You have exceptional closing skills

Previously Yoocollab had its R&D team only in Israel. As we grow, we have decided to build an amazing team of engineers in Armenia as well, so that they can effectively co-work both with the local and international teams (United Kingdom, Hong Kong) and help us to achieve our goals sooner and in a more efficient way.
