Responsibilities
- Provide clerical service, such as typing correspondence and reports, filing to general Food and Beverage department - Provide accurate assistance with translation as and when needed in dealing with various situations - Prepare working schedule of Culinary team - Order office supplies, specialty products as needed for the department, prepare PO’s - Organize office, storage and bulletin boards - Assist Food and Beverage operations when needed in delivering exceptional guest services - Follow all appropriate policies and procedure while constantly striving to improve all standards of operations - Follow up on special event arrangements to ensure compliance - Follow safety and security procedures - Maintain confidentiality at all times on all matters - Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Higher education - Minimum 1year experience in an admin or coordinator role - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages - Proficient with computer programs such as MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint - Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task efficiently - Positive attitude
