Responsibilities
- Support of the current document turnover, cooperation with courier services - Communication with local organizations on daily company issues -Full control over office comfort and office supply (equipment for office, cleaning service, household goods, stationery and other inventory items necessary for the comfortable work of employees in the office) - Welcoming visitors, handling incoming calls - Unofficial translation of documents, interaction with official translators and notaries - Providing interpretation and translation support to the Chief Legal Officer during negotiations with government agencies, if needed
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience as an Office manager/ Assistant/ Secretary - University degree - Excellent knowledge of Armenian and English - Strong organizational, interpersonal and written communication skills - Ability to quickly find and organize all the necessary information
