- Work with regional team to implement Google Adwords, Facebook Business, and remarketing campaigns to optimize results based on specific budgets and objectives - Provide advice to HQ digital team on test ad copy to ensure optimum CTR and CPA optimization for SEM campaigns - Provide social media strategies and integrated marketing campaigns for fan engagement and client acquisition - Monitor campaign results, analyze and optimize key metrics (CPL, CPA, and ROI) - Identify online media buying opportunities with the media buy manager, manage media spending, and provide organized reports - Provide suggestions to internal copywriter and designer to run AB test on the landing page for optimal result

- 2+ years of professional experience in digital marketing - Comfortable working with external digital agencies as well as building digital proficiency in-house - Hand-on experience with Google Adwords, Facebook Business, LINE Ads, and other PPC channels - Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive meaningful actions from large data sets - Strong Microsoft Excel skills: pivot tables, Vlookups, and chart building - Excellent verbal and written communication in English
