- Organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety - Manage recruitment administration at all levels of the organization - Partner with Management to maintain office policies as necessary - Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events - Provide visa support for incoming guests, organize business trips for employees (tickets ordering, hotel reservation, etc.) - Organize professional translation and notarizing of documents through appropriate organizations if required. - Take on new responsibilities as needed
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a related role - Advanced knowledge of English and Russian - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask - Effective oral and written communication skills - HR administration skills
