- Fill in properly the information in the CRM system - Follow up with the employees to fill in the information in the system from their side - Dispatch the employees on their job side. Follow up the time they spend on the way and on the job side, notify the employees about the upcoming jobs as they need to get on the next job on time - Perform other CRM and dispatching process related responsibilities
Required Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of the English language - Ability to work under pressure - Flexibility - Good interpersonal communication skills for effective incident command
