Responsibilities
- Reporting on projects, making comprehensive progress charts - Communicating with developers - Communicating with designers - Checking task statuses, making sure no one is blocked - Opening tasks and tracking their progress
Required Qualifications
- At least half a year of working experience in project and team management in an IT company - Knowledge of Agile Project Management practices (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) - Documentation writing and planning experience - Familiarity with development stages, a good understanding of how development and testing work - Excellent verbal and written English communication - Familiarity with Figma, or other designing tools. - Familiarity with task management tools (Jira, Trello) - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Strong listener and team-player - Strong sense of responsibility and time management - Ability to work under pressure and find the best solutions under stressful situations
