- Develop and implement a Recruitment and Employer Branding communication strategy to attract high-quality applicants - Manage and develop company’s career site, career pages in social media and recruitment platforms - Identify the tactics and platforms that will be most effective in reaching a specified target audience - Monitor the online space, track negative reviews about the company and offer solutions to neutralize them - Track, measure and create monthly reports on key recruitment communication metrics - Create engaging job descriptions for job announcements - Develop and implement Vbet’s corporate events in cooperation with specialists from the marketing and HR departments - Serve as brand ambassador at various external events, like career fairs or other recruiting events - Work closely with HR director and Recruitment manager to get a clear view of company’s hiring needs and organizational goals - Suggest new ideas for improving candidate experience and engagement - Research marketing and communication trends in the HR marketing industry - Keep abreast of new trends in social media channels
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of marketing and communications experience, as an advantage in the HR marketing - Understanding of Employer Branding strategies and Recruitment marketing - In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes and candidates’ selection methods - Hands on experience with recruitment software - Outstanding organizational and time management skills, ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload - Excellent communications and interpersonal skills - High level of flexibility and adaptability to maneuver in a very dynamic environment - Betting and gambling industry knowledge is an advantage - Proficiency in English, knowledge of other languages is an advantage
