Responsibilities
- Procurement – analyze costs, and negotiate contracts. Tracking orders, obtaining quotations, preparing purchase requisitions and orders - Arrange the Company Assets evaluation and sales processes - Maintain the company assets inventory process - Arrange and prepare workstations for staff - Assist HR department with onboarding tasks - Arrange and execute internal celebrations – recognitions, coffee breaks, holidays, etc. - Assist staff with daily requests and control administrative operations - Coordinates and works on special projects as needs arise - Carry the responsibility of the administrative activities in case of other team members' absence
Required Qualifications
- Experience in office administration - Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and external partners - Proficiency in working with JIRA is a plus - Demonstrated experience in multitasking - Fluency in English
