We are looking for enthusiastic Inside B2B Sales representatives (Night Shift) to set up appointments. It is an entry-level position and involves lots of cold calling to build the sales pipeline. An employee for this position must be friendly and persuasive. You must be able to understand the customer’s needs in a short time. The ideal candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered. The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company’s clientele through massive cold calling to restaurants. This position cold calls potential clients, explains our products and services, answers potential clients’ questions, gives information on new product releases, and sets up appointments to do product/service demos. You bring the personality, and we provide lists of the people to call.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced oral and writing communication skills in English - Ability to work at night shift hours: from 6 PM-3:00 AM or 8:00 PM-5 AM - Outbound Call Experience - Knowledge of Spanish is desirable - Communicate respectfully with customers at all times - Outgoing and positive attitude - Great listening skill
