Responsibilities
- Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met - Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, bank and other transactions - Maintain cash flow by reviewing banking activity and reconciling monthly and annual reports - Monitor and achieve company financial goals - Assist Financial department in preparation of financial statements - Assist in audit processes - Perform other assignments of CEO and Financial manager
Required Qualifications
- Higher Education in Accounting, Finance or related field - Working Experience in Accounting/Finance for at least 3 years - Familiarity with IFRS standards - Understanding of data privacy standards - Understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices - Perfect attention to detail, organizational and planning skills - Good accounting software user and administration skills - Good MS Office skills, advanced Excel skills would be considered as an advantage - Research and analytical skills - Critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Full working proficiency in English and Russian language
