- Promptly handle assigned issues and tasks through internal systems - Provide administrative support to the team - Provide information by answering questions and requests - Maintain filing systems as assigned - Research and collect information - Retrieve information as requested from records, emails, minutes, and other related documents; prepare written summaries of data when needed - Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail - Support team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication - Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Higher education - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software - Experience with Adobe Acrobat - Experience with Web tools - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing - Ability to work independently and proactively - Ability to learn/adapt new technologies and processes - Team player with a positive attitude
