- Check the agent attendance against the schedule; contact agents and react with CC Team Leads and/or CC Manager - Plan and monitor the usage of lunchbreak as well as other short breaks; contact agents and react with CC Team Leads and/or CC Manager - Monitor the queues and react intra-day in the planning of the breaks, trainings and other time off the line; - Monitor other statuses in the Real-Time management tools and react upon status abuse; - Contribute to productivity with optimization of the time of the agents spent outside the calls/tickets etc. - Provide reports and analysis related to the everyday operations - Perform other duties as required
Required Qualifications
- Call Center/Contact Center experience - Experience in managing team and team targets - A quick learner who will easily pick up new skills and software - Confident using office programs (Google documents, MS Excel, Word, Outlook etc) - Accurate, with good attention to details - Capable to adapt in fast paced environment, learn and retain new or evolving information and procedures
