Responsibilities
- Develop, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process - Collaborate with department directors and team leads to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria - Identify and implement efficient, effective and innovative recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization - Assist with job posting and advertisement processes on relevant platforms - Screen applications and selects qualified candidates - Schedule interviews; oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials - Assist with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders - Ensure compliance with RA employment laws and regulations as well as company policies - Attend and participate in job fairs, recruiting sessions, career counseling programs - Support employer branding initiatives - Support in forecasting quarterly and annual hiring needs by department - Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates - Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field - At least two years’ experience in managing all phases of the recruiting and hiring process in IT field is required - Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking or other recruiting software - Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g. Stack Overflow and Github) - Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods - A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organisations - Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles - Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative - Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics - Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
