- Respond to calls and written inquiries from German-speaking customers - Provide clarifications to customers, or address any concerns they may have - Help customers with questions, give information about products and services; take orders, if needed - Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, follow up to ensure resolution - Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Required Qualifications
- Excellent command of the German language (written and spoken) – Level B2/C1/C2 - Customer service skills, such as empathy, active listening, understanding and problem solving skills - Ability to work independently and within a team - Flexible and creative mindset, kind and dedicated
