- Setting up onboarding for new team members, helping them feel part of the team from day one - Taking care of the welcome packages collaborating with the office management - Making sure everything is all set up and prepared for new employees - such as device/packages and welcome kits internationally - Welcoming new hires with prepared onboarding kits and an office tour - Providing new hires with manuals, guidelines, and passwords, as needed - Keeping communication with hiring managers/buddies - Being responsible for the attendance of new hires during the onboarding processes - Following up processes on online platforms - Supporting people operations and administration - Being engaged in the internal events organizations
Required Qualifications
- Be people oriented, able to communicate confidently, have outstanding interpersonal skills - Be solution oriented, proactive approach and able to use initiative in a variety of challenging situations - Good organizational and time management skills, able to juggle several areas of work at once - Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written skills, with confidence to represent the company culture - Strong teamwork skills - Willingness of developing and completing administrative tasks - Previous experience in NGOs is preferable - Advanced verbal and written English communication skills - Knowledge of MS office

Our onboarding team is part of the general People Operations team in Picsart. Even though the team is settled in Armenia, we are responsible for international onboarding processes as well. Communication skills and language proficiency are highly important for this job. The team member responsibilities include organizing onboarding processes and fulfillment of other duties related to the People Operations team such as employee onboarding experience activities, meetups etc. You might have heard about Picsart events and parties, our team is engaged in the company event management processes and our new team members should have contributed to those projects.
