- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks) - Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews - Conduct interviews using various selection tools - Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes - Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities
Required Qualifications
- Strong written/oral communication skills in English - Experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc) will be plus - Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational and time management skills - A positive, “can do” attitude
