- Oversee daily execution and plan CRM campaigns through multiple channels - Manage bonuses, coupon codes, vouchers, etc. - Report on success and failures of campaigns - Work closely with the involved parties to develop & enhance KPIs to manage and support the success of the CRM channels, campaigns, & programs - Work closely with analytics team to build and monitor dashboards to track and optimize the performance of CRM channel - Ensure the compliance with all regulatory compliance within the area of responsibility and report to stakeholders about issues - Oversee all customer lifecycle communication processes across channels (email, website, SMS, push notifications, phone, direct mail, etc.) - Lead specific CRM projects designed to assist with business processes, customer insights and customer interactions - Serve as a positive and innovative ambassador for the CRM team and implement innovative business trends to ensure campaign success - Ensure offers are pushed out successfully in real time - Monitor competitor CRM and loyalty programs & proactively implement positive changes into current CRM strategy. Continuously improve program performance, player value, profitability by testing & adopting best practices - Analyze customer data, define actionable segments & create targeted lifetime value/customer life-cycle engagement campaigns and programs - Suggest retained player marketing initiatives; player retention & re-engagement; promotion & bonus campaign planning, execution (ROI analysis)
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Management or similar field - 3-5 years of Marketing experience - Background in SAAS product, APPS or equivalent combination of education and experience - Familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns) - Analytical mind & organizational skills - Proficiency in English language
