Responsibilities
- Take the lead of Scrum teams as the Product Owner - Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements - Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on - Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product - Define the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities - Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with the product strategy - Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories - Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI - Lead the planning of product release plans and set the expectations for delivery of new functionality - Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful completion of Release/Sprint Goals by the team - Research and analyze the market, the users, and the roadmap for the product - Follow our competitors and the industry - Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends
Required Qualifications
- Previous working experience as a Product Owner for 2+ years - In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles - Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills - Attention to details

Additional Information
The client is a 3D asset management company. DataArt developed the initial version of the consumer-facing platform and it has been live for almost 2 years. Customers and websites download or embed assets hosted on the platform into their websites. The team has been working with the client for 2-3 years. The client also has an internal team that solely focuses on the 3D asset optimization flow. We are building the general platform and asset management solution on top of which everything works. The team consists of 2 frontend devs, 3 Java devs, 1 QA, and 1 DevOps. If you want to be a part of an Agile Lean team that is actively working on a startup dealing with the 3D platform with high uptime requirements this is the project for you. Technology stack: Java, Spring, Hibernate, Microservices, JS Front-end, React, Some Node.js microservices and jobs, Kubernetes on GCP.
