- Coordinate performance evaluation system in the company - Manage performance evaluation project plan, including evaluation process, trainings, communications, etc. - Progress probation based evaluation process - Run internal HRM system administration - Adjust the key performance indicators (KPIs) to the Bank’s strategy and business plan - Support the Bank’s structural and territorial subdivisions in the process of developing and revising KPIs, in line with the strategic and tactical goals - Ensure proper staff awareness of the evaluation methodology and process - Assist managers and employees in the evaluation process - Review and analyze employee evaluation data - Prepare and submit reports to the management to develop data-driven improvements and retention plans for individuals and teams - Coordinate HR related KPIs, metrics and internal reporting - Continuously improve the current methodology, try to find new solutions and be open to take new initiatives - Analyze the data and develop recommendations aimed to improve performance of the Bank in general and individual teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Economics, Business, Finance, HR or other relevant field. Master’s degree is a plus. - 2 years of experience in relevant or in the field - Good analytical skills and ability to work with numbers - Presentation and project management skills - Self-motivated, initiative, flexible and open to feedback - Strongly proficient in Microsoft Office applications - Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English languages
