- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the center - Answer phone calls and greet visitors - Organize and schedule appointments, plan meetings and take detailed minutes - Provide information on educational programs: training courses, bootcamps through phone calls or emails - Maintain supplies inventory, do the planning of supplies, place and expedite orders - Support team by performing tasks related to organizing and implementing tech training courses and events
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Marketing, Communications, Languages or other related field - Excellent verbal communication skills - Time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work - Attention to details and problem solving skills - Advanced user of Microsoft Office - Ability to handle stressful situations - Fluent knowledge of Armenian and English languages
