Responsibilities
- Monthly Capex/Opex report preparation - Close communication with Finance team to distinguish and allocate the costs properly among the Budget Items - Close communication with procurement team to update information on weekly/monthly bases and maintain the accurate data - Drive process improvements and implement best practices around forecasting, budgeting and management reporting; as well as automate, where applicable - Control the budget, close communication with Division Head regarding ongoing costs and financial forecasts
Required Qualifications
- Experience in financial analysis, budgets and forecasting - Ability to analyze and interpret data - Knowledge of Operating and Capital Financial Statements - Ability to communicate with all levels of management and company personnel - Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Advanced knowledge of English - Exceptional written and oral communication skills - The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines - Good organizational and time management skills - Attention to detail - Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues
