Responsibilities
- Manage company asset management (form registration, asset inventory, etc.) - Company material management (check whether the office material quantity is sufficient every week and month) - In case of special needs, to apply for purchase (such as designated computer assets, etc.) - Update asset information according to changes in department personnel - Conduct product price surveys and compile relevant reports - Responsible for supplier development, compiling supplier development reports, and establishing supplier database - Responsible for bargaining and comparing prices between new and old suppliers, conducting price negotiations, and reducing procurement costs - Responsible for following up with suppliers for sample materials or purchased parts to ensure that the purchased items are in place on time - Responsible for the performance evaluation records of the supplier's quality, delivery, price, and service
Required Qualifications
- Female - Perfect in English and Armenian - Familiar with MS office application (Excel formula, Word) - Well-known of all purchasing method - Good in time Management, stock management - Has related work experience is preferred
