- Engaging with the clients and generating the set targeted revenue - Analyzing, differentiating, and converting clients from prospects - Communicating current and prospective clients and engaging with them to maximize sales - Focusing on building a long-term relationship with the clients - Ensuring that the client information is maintained and updated in CRM - Conducting market research and keeping up to date with the knowledge of the market - Taking initiatives and prioritizing tasks effectively to deliver business results - Ensuring high customer retention through customer service and relationship
Required Qualifications
- Biological education will be a plus - Experience in sales both B2B and B2C - Proven ability to learn in an agricultural sphere - Understanding of the sales process and dynamics - A commitment to excellent customer service - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong negotiating skills - Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with clients - Good knowledge of Russian and English languages (written and verbal) - Ability to drive a car - Car availability
