Responsibilities
- Organize Customer service in digital channels: Facebook, Instagram, etc. - Create and implement a Customer service strategy in digital channels - Provide in time replies to the Customers’ requests - Reveal Customer needs, create and implement FAQs according to the needs - Automate the Customer service in digital channels, create chats and chatbots - Carry out regular analysis of recurrent problems and report them - Handle with the Customers’ incidents and compliant applications - Gather Customer feedback and share it with the Sales and Marketing teams - Take the extra mile to engage Customers
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sociology, and/or other relevant fields - The experience in Customer support will be considered as an advantage - Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English, and Russian - Full proficiency in typing and grammar - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Sales skills - Detail-orientation with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively - Ability to work in different situations and fast orientation
