Responsibilities
- Ensure all statements are accurate on a monthly basis and delivered to all Project Managers and Asset Managers for review on the 20th of each month - Send all PayLease and CashPay information to NEW residents directly or to the On-site Manager for them to deliver - Oversee the collection of rent across all mobile home parks. Rent collection period is from the 1st through the 5th of each month. Rent is paid either through CashPay or PayLease - Run a list of all paid and non-paid residents on a daily basis after receiving an email of acknowledgement that rent is paid - Update the KPI sheet on a daily basis; Email the collections percentage every Friday - Ensure that all delinquent residents receive their state specific "Pay or Quit" notice on the 6th of each month. This is the first step in the eviction process - Follow up with On-site Managers as well as Project Managers of respective parks that additional late rent related notices are posted on tenant doors. If delinquent tenants are not responsive to texts or calls, eventually set up a Zoom/Facetime call with On-site Managers and walk them through knocking on tenants’ doors and inquiring about payment status - Work closely with the Sales Manager and the Background Check Specialist to oversee that prospects get approved or denied to become a park resident - Attend Weekly team meeting every Friday, attend weekly KPI meeting with each Project Manager and their teams, attend monthly Collections Meeting on the 15th - Be plugged to Slack, Trell and Rent Manager. Respond to inquiries on Slack, update all information related to collections under respective Trello cards for each park - Perform other related tasks as required
Required Qualifications
- University degree - Perfect knowledge of English, both spoken and written - Good organizational, team working, multi-tasking and communication skills - Extremely detail-oriented - Tech Savvy, full computer literacy including knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite - Previous work experience in collections (accounts receivable)
