Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Head of Organization and staff - Coordinate and implement office procedures - Answer the phone calls and forward all calls to the appropriate staff members promptly - Perform different types of calls (for research purposes, calls to customers, etc.) - Deal with email enquiries - Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately - Compose letters, messages and responses as assigned by the staff - Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner - Order and/or purchase stationery and equipment
Required Qualifications
- Higher education - Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages - Excellent MS Office knowledge - Excellent verbal and written communications skills - Outstanding organizational and time management skills - Knowledge of various administrative and clerical procedures - Embrace working with a growing team - Comfortable moving between tasks - Detail Oriented - Excellent teamwork skills - Great organizer - Good communicator
