- Proceed customer applications submitted through online systems - Implement transactions by fast money transfer systems - Implement other online services provided by the Bank - Reply to messages sent by clients via online systems - In case of any problems with the online systems contact the customer and quickly fix the issues - In case of suspicious transactions or rejected ones, contact the customer and provide details about the rejection
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Economics or Finance - At least 1 year of professional experience in the field - Excellent command of Armenian banking legislation - Good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel as well as AS-Bank 4.0 software programs - International qualifications will be a strong plus - Negotiation and conflict management skills - Excellent communication skills, literate speech - Advanced analytical skills - Customer-oriented approach - Ability and desire to learn quickly - Excellent command of Armenian, Russian and English languages
