This leader will be responsible for managing and growing the Armath Program, including curriculum expansion, extension beyond secondary schools, and working to improve university and alternative educational programs such at Army to IT. Responsibilities: - Partner with stakeholders (UATE member companies, Ministry of Education, Science, Sport and Culture, Ministry of - High Technology Industry, University Rectors, School and College Principals, regional and municipal authorities, international organizations) to assure successful growth of UATE educational programs - Develop and oversee quality assurance initiatives to ensure continuous improvement of educational programs, especially Armath - Partner with internal and external PR resources to optimize coverage and awareness of UATE educational programs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or business management - Master’s Degree (Engineering, MBA) strongly preferred - University teaching experience (including adjunct) strong plus - Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing teams or projects; experience managing Public Private Partnerships (PPP) a strong plus - Familiarity with technology solutions - Motivated self-starter who can effectively organize large-scale projects and lead and motivate teams - Fluent in Armenian and English (written and spoken)

Overall management of key UATE Educational Programs: Armath Engineering Labs Armath Airborne UAV Educational Labs Armath+/Regional Vocational Training Programs Army to IT/alternative educational programs Industry/University cooperation on leading-edge technology education. Position Description Full-time, based in Yerevan; expect extensive travel throughout Armenia and Artsakh Will manage 4-6 direct reports, and responsible for 500+ Armath instructors and regional coordinators Competitive salary based on relevant experience + performance-based bonus program.
