Responsibilities
- Developing HR strategy, policy and regulation as well as internal procedures - Drafting job descriptions cooperating with the managers of corresponding subdivisions - Follow the labour legislation, be aware of revisions and implement required changes - Drafting announcements and organizing their installation - Implementing the shortlisted applicants and performing interviews - Supervise and conduct new employee orientations, adaptations procedures and provide on-the-job training to new employees - Develop and maintain a relationship with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources, organize internship programs - Conduct company organization chart, structure, policies, procedures and documentation - Organizing training for employees - Participate in the development of Company employee incentive programs and control the implementation of approved programs - Organize and coordinate social events and activities for the staff
Required Qualifications
- Higher education - Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive - Knowledge of Labour Code of Armenia - Proven proficiency in Microsoft office - Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills - Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics - Strong organizational, problem-solving and time-management skills - Advanced written and verbal English communication skills - Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
