Responsibilities
- Help our users with various problems and questions they have - Follow internal procedures to resolve problems or issues - Work closely with our technical team - Daily feedback to the team on new issues discovered
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) - Experience in customer support at least 1 year - Passion for customer service and ownership of the customer experience including comprehensive issue resolution - Effective time management including ability to multitask, organize and prioritize - Aptitude for acquiring skills eagerness to learn and take on new challenges - Be a confident and enthusiastic communicator

As a Customer Support Advisor, you’ll be providing basic technical support and customer service to our customers. As our customers’ first point of contact, you’ll be the friendly face of our company, providing outstanding customer service, basic troubleshooting and support. We’ll train you to resolve issues while keeping a focus on the customer. So when customers ask a question, you won’t just provide answers — you’ll provide an experience.
