Responsibilities
- Perform necessary registrations in the internal banking and processing systems for introduction of new card products - Control the processes of ordering, sorting and transferring cards opened and issued by branches as well as proper processing of applications sent on behalf of branches - Control the works of exchange, verification and processing of files between the Bank and the Processing Centre, - Participate in the process of development of contracts, agreements, acts necessary for the works of the Card Operations Division - Perform distribution of responsibilities among the unit employees - Prepare necessary ToRs, control the works of their further testing and application (automation of works, current software changes etc.) - Organize and control the processes of appealing card transactions performed through local and international payment systems - Constantly submit recommendations for improvement of works of the subdivision - Prepare reports to be submitted to payment systems
Required Qualifications
- Higher education - At least 3 years of work experience in the card operations sphere - Knowledge of banking legislation - Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages - Digital skills - Ability to solve problems and a quick and effective manner - Management and organizational skills - Leadership and coaching skills
