As part of the deployment of its humanitarian actions, Elisecare is recruiting a field coordinator in Nagorno-Karabakh who will be based in Stepanakert. Under the direction of the Paris office, the project coordinator will be responsible for: - Lead and supervise the implementation and monitoring of the project - Ensure the reporting of medical monitoring data - Animation and supervision of teams by ensuring the application of Human Resources policies and associated processes. - Representation and negotiation: build a network and represent Elisecare to the various actors in the local context while negotiating the space for intervention. - Logistics and planning of care teams (international or local volunteers)

- Perfect command (oral and written) of French and English required - Initial training: project management, medical or paramedical, accustomed to working in a team, under stressful conditions.
