Responsibilities
- Actively monitor live orders on the Buymie network - Answering inbound queries from customers and contractors (via email, Chat, Phone) - Investigate and resolve customer and contractor queries - Troubleshoot with customers and contractors - Answer product related questions - Find workarounds for problems - Provide ad hoc support to other members of the operations team - Providing feedback to relevant departments to help improve the customer and shopper experience
Required Qualifications
- Excellent written and spoken English - A smart generalist who’s willing to wear multiple hats - A desire to learn and prove yourself in a fast moving environment - Able to effectively communicate to a wide range of people via telephone or email - Ability to quickly assess a situation and problem-solve to the point of resolution - Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus - Previous experience in a tech-startup is a plus - Able to learn and adapt quickly to a multinational working environment - Comfortable working night shifts and weekends

Additional Information
As a support representative, you will work with our operations team to support customers with their queries, solve problems shoppers encounter, and oversee our live network to minimize late orders. There will also be the opportunity to support the operations team with ad hoc projects.
