Responsibilities
The first objective is - work independently in a fast paced environment. Typical tasks here include: - Maintain and extend the test frameworks as needed, writing test cases/scripts - Maintain and run automation/manual scripts for new functionality and regression testing - Review and analyze system specifications - Report and document technical issues The second objective is cooperation between and within the teams. Typical tasks here include: - Work closely with the Engineering team to understand the Product Architecture and identifying, designing - Defect tracking, run regressions and issue status reporting - Able to multitask, triage issues, react well to changes and collaborate with other team members - Report bugs and errors to development teams - Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development life-cycle
Required Qualifications
Must-to-have.s: - 1+ years hands-on software quality assurance testing experience with web and mobile applications in the software development industry - 1+ years of hands-on experience in Automated Tests using Selenium and Appium on native IOS and Android devices - Capability to think & contribute from Framework perspective, effects of changes - Experience with code deployments and version control systems (GIT) - Knowledge of Defect/Bug Life Cycle in Software Testing,Testing Types, OOP. - Experience in writing test cases and text scripts for automation framework. - Experience in Performance Testing (Jmeter), API testing (Postman) - Analytical Thinking, Self-Motivated - Experience with Agile (Scrum and Kanban) Development Process - Good communication skills, ability to learner fast and be detail-orientated Nice-to-have.s: - Experience with scripting languages - Ability to rapidly learn third party development / QA tools - Experience with creating automation on projects which integrate with third party APIs - Habit of writing clean, re-usable & parameterized code for Tests, ensuring coverage - Knowledge of JAVA, MySQL, RestAssured dependencies
