Responsibilities
- Establishment of business relations with foreign companies - Negotiating, concluding contracts - Ensuring the import process - Organization of activities for the import of goods - Establishment and maintenance of relations with the necessary companies, both on the local and international markets - Organization of product orders - Maintain control and ensure regulation of all import and export processes; monitor work in accordance with corporate and local policies; Evaluate all new user requirements and monitor daily work in accordance with standard procedures - Assistance in obtaining all the necessary import permits and export licenses for all processes - Repare the final import and export of a package of documents and other information required by the customs authority (in particular, in accordance with the requirements of temporary regimes of import and processing) - Conduct all accounting processes and keep records of all records - Evaluate all positions for imports and ensure the accuracy of all values and cooperate with brokers clients to ensure that all imports are completed and keep the necessary documents - Regularly check all import and export files - Monitor and provide answers to all individual inquiries and inquiries and receive the necessary product certificates for all export and import products for customs clearance - Represents the interests of the Company in customs authorities in person or through brokerage companies, if necessary participating in all procedures related to the import and export of goods (identification, authorization, verification, weighing, customs clearance) - Perform other work-related functions entrusted to management
Required Qualifications
- Higher education is preferred in marketing, sales, business management or management - At least 4 years of work experience in sales, import and export - Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages - Computer Skills (MS Word, Excel և PowerPoint) - Knowledge of customs legislation - Team work skills - Communication skills - Individual and representative skills - Ability to find solutions in a tense situation - Ability to quickly perceive and orient - Ability to organize and manage the work - Having a personal car will be an advantage - Female employee - Adapt to rapidly changing business conditions and always be result-oriented
