Responsibilities
- Work with customers through live chat, phone call and e-mail to answer questions regarding company’s activity - including rules, policies, active campaigns and incident management - Recognize customers' needs and help them with problem solving or gathering needed information in order to increase satisfaction level - Be first line of support for incoming calls and email in the company and transfer to required departments, if needed - Be aware of companies existing promotions and campaigns, provide information to customers through incoming and outgoing activities
Required Qualifications
- Be agile and flexible for 8 hours shift working - Good communication skill - Excellent knowledge of Armenian language - Good knowledge of Russian language - Knowledge of English language would be major plus - Responsible - Able to work under pressure in stress situation and make fast decisions, suggestions to players - Bachelors degree - Positive, self-motivated and enjoy interacting and working with people from all backgrounds - Able to work standalone, as well as part of a team, under supervision - Experience in a call center is a plus - Excellent listener with the ability to understand concerns and overcome objections, recognize problems on early stage of problem
