Responsibilities
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms - Preparation of regularly scheduled reports - Maintain contact lists - Book travel arrangements - Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients - Make orders for Production and organize corresponding document flow - E-invoincing - Import and export documentation - Online store support and supervision
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role - Excellent knowledge of English and Russian languages - Good knowledge of social media tools - Proficiency in MS Office - Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task - Additional qualifications: - Ability to work remotely from home without an office - Bachelor’s degree - Ability to travel abroad when required - Experience in e-commerce and jewelry trade is a great advantage
